This was my first of experience of selling a property. Edwards gave a very prompt response to my initial enquiry are answered all of my questions. I felt under no obligation but I was very I pressed so we proceeded on a fixed price basis, Darren gave us a realistic assessment of the market and an honest idea of what would or wouldn't enhance our chance of a sale.
Despite the pandemic everything went smoothly. Darren took an excellent set of photos, the property was advertised widely and well. We were regularly updated on viewings and when an offer came the negotiation was handled very well and the paperwork likewise. In short a very friendly and professional service that made for a very easy transaction.

Edwards have been amazing in the whole process of selling our property from the moment I phoned Darren he has been in constant contact and kept us updated all the way.
